Jewel Bait Company announces the release of the Jolt spinnerbait rod

Midway, AR— VIRTUS rods were designed by competitive anglers and built by a staff with years of rod-making experience, the culmination of over 30 years of rod-making and development. This knowledge and experience unite to form the right kind of rod for specific applications. These hand-crafted rods are made in the USA and meet the needs of both competitive and recreational anglers and have a simple, no-nonsense warranty. The Jolt spinnerbait rod is the newest rod in the Red Diamond Series to be released by VIRTUS/Jewel. It provides the most versatile use in the marketplace when it comes to throwing a spinnerbait. 

“We know there are a lot rod options out there. So we spent a lot time designing and testing this rod to get it right. The goal was to make a spinnerbait rod that covered all the different ways a person can fish a spinnerbait,” said Gayle Julian, owner of Jewel Bait Company. 

From slow rolling in the spring to burning in fall, this rod was named after the Jolt spinnerbait made by Jewel. At 6’9” with a medium heavy action and a fast tip, it allows anglers the ability to be accurate but have the power to land fish.
